yes indeed, on BartCop the other day and I could have seen it again on BuzzFlash today.

If the people of Calif. lose their minds and vote Arnold to Gov., then I will have seen a Gov. penis. I'm assuming this will be a first. Have any other Govs. showed us their penis?

I'm not anti-penis (even though I've grown too old to take advantage of one) but just seeing a politician, or their puppets, penis seems.......amusing.

Of course any woman running for office that had showed her vagina wouldn't stand a chance. Breasts now are a horse of a different color. Exposed big breasts just might get you elected in this land of the breast obsessed.

18. To Republicans, penises are a big issue

for some reason that I don't quite understand. What a president does with his penis can get him impeached. In fact, presidential penis play is more important than terrorism and Saddam Hussein, or at least was in 1998-2000.

I'm sure not all Republicans feel the same way about the penis issue, but I think most of them agree is something we need to discuss. Why? I have no idea.
