Had a great trip. Nice break from the heat way up there in Boston and Bar Harbor. Taught my grandson Jack to blow bubbles. He's REALLY into bubbles ("bubbas") now.

He's WALKING. Last time I saw him (in May) he was just beginning to crawl. Stuck in reverse, kinda like a crab, and hadn't figured out his forward gear yet.

Had a great birthday party with some old friends from New Hampshire. My daughter did ribs, baked beans, potato salad for the whole bunch. She's a chip off the old block.
