2. How about Dick Schofield at short? Or Hal Lanier? Or Tom Tresh?

I'd take any of the three over Dale Berra (esp Lanier, who was a fine shortstop for the Giants when I was a kid).
Tresh was the AL Rookie of the Year in 1962(?) for the Yankees -- plus he played his college ball at my alma mater, Central Michigan University (Chip-POOOOOO-Wah!!). His dad was Mike Tresh.
For the final outfield position, take either Dixie or Harry (the Hat) Walker, whose dad (also named Harry) played, albeit briefly, in the majors. Either one was an above average outfielder.
Also, I'd choose Joe Coleman (Jr) as my pitcher over Todd Stottlemyre. Coleman won 20 games one season (for the Tigers) and I don't think Stottlemyre ever did.

It's baseball -- your opinions may vary. BTW -- Jim Hegan is the dad, Mike is the son. Jim was a catcher, so you're still okay as to the position.

Todd Stottlemyer won twenty with the Cards and pitched in a lot of high pressure games. But we need 10 of them anyway...

I forgot about Moises too. So I guess I would take him over another guy I just remembered, Danny Tartabull.
