Is all the outrage from parents, etc. Let me get this straight- Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera have been exploited as sex objects from the very first time they bore their midriffs on MTV when they were 16 years old and NOW you decide that MTV is inappropriate for your children? Come on!!!!

MTV culture has been turning children into sex objects for years. If you don't want your kids to grow up with this mindset, don't let them watch it. Cancel the cable, do whatever you have to. But if it takes a female-female kiss to spark your outrage, you've either been asleep, oblivious, negligent in your duties as a parent, or you're a raging hypocrite.

I guess it's too much- The unexpected dirty work of parenting and I'm not talking about changing diapers. I think a lot of people just want a mini-me and don't think the decision all the way through.

I suppose it's the knee-jerk reaction to homosexuality and the subsequent "parental concern" that's bothering me. Weren't these parents concerned about morality before last night? If so, why were they allowing their kids to watch? I don't get it.

that awards show. Not because of that, because they ought to change the name of the show to the MTV Hip Hop awards. I swear 90% of the acts that performed were of that genre.
