I'm FREE to DU what I want any old time

Well the dreaded auditors completed their work here yesterday. I t went so well we have NO entries to make and they were only here two days. I f**king ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No more working through the weekend. No more getting here at 4AM or even 6AM.

One of the biggest and most time consuming projects that I did wasn't even used by them. :grr: I threw the disk right in the trash.

They joke around with me and it is pretty obvious that they come to me first when they needed anything. Of course I am in charge of the audit so that makes sense but even for things that they know I don't actually do they still come to me.

My boss actually contributed to SOMETHING this time. She wasn't even here last year and she in charge of the accounting department! I hear that she is lobbying to take the audit away from me. I know she can't stand for little me to even ASK her (nicely) to do something let alone the sixth time I have to go in her office and give her a deadline. She never did what I asked anyway and I had to cover for her.

She also stood there and listened to us trying to figure out (for several weeks) how best to do an inventory on the only thing we really have an inventory of and all the while she had the report that simplified the whole process sitting in her messy ass office and she never said anything. Someone else here finally told me about the report. Unbelieveable.

And if they knew what I know (nothing really illegal) they would have walked back out within the first 30 minutes Monday. They came back yesterday to finish up.
