I nominated "Let's Roll" for banishment from the English language, but I guess it was too topical. Too short a shelf life... it died of its own accord.

3. Most hated: "Get Over It," "Lighten-up."

Both phrases indicate the speaker or writer lacks facts to refute one's points. I guess that is why they have become a right wing lackluster riposte. It does seem to be getting tossed around by some DUers. I suppose they contracted the linguistic infection from listening to talk radio.

I've often wondered... does that mean the pilot KNOWS we're gonna crash on take off?

Momentarily means FOR a moment not IN a moment.

The word their grasping for is "presently"
