You guys, I feel wonderful today. This morning I got up, and I had LOST a pound! (For those of you who aren't in the know, I had been gaining weight my first few days after quitting smoking and then maintaining for the last 5--so LOSING a pound while quitting smoking is pretty awesome!) Day 9 is well underway and I'm doing great! I have a power iced coffee beside me (that's an iced coffee with a shot of espresso in it--NOT FLAVORED, for the love of Gawd. I like only COFFEE-FLAVORED COFFEE.)
