4. Wasn't too hard

I used Dazzle to capture the movie from my Hi8 Sony cam. Then I loaded the .mpg's into Sonic Foundry's Vegas to layer the audio, do the effects, and cut the scenes.

I use Vegas as the heart of my recording studio, so I don't know how easy it is to pick up from scratch, but there are a lot of video editing softwares that are more consumer-oriented, including what comes with the Dazzle capture product. It was easy for me because I've used Vegas to record my first two albums and am using it now working on my second. http://onwithyourhead.com/drdigi.htm has a few mp3's from the new allbum.
