I'm at work for the next 8 hours: I'M ASKING THE QUESTIONS
If you reply to my post, I'm going to ask a question of you. Who knows what mood I'll be in or what type of question I'll ask. But I like being different. So tell me you want a question and see what I ask of you!

3. hehehe..
well, there's a couple meanings for it...
1. The name of Tool's first disc was named Opiate (they're currently my favorite band), and I was born in '69

2. "Religion is the opiate of the masses" + well, you know...

and, there's always something funny going on in Washington. :)

I live in New York, having followed my husband around the country as he changed jobs. These days he's been unemployed for almost 2 years, and I'm the primary breadwinner. I guess he'd have to follow me if I decided to move now....

22. My broad shoulders and barrel chest.
Sounds like I'm bragging, but I'm not. My mother said that when I was born, I looked like a T-square with appendages. To alleviate what reads like a boast, I'll tell you I am going bald, have a slight belly, and crooked teeth with a gap between the front top two.

My Army nickname, "Chesty", was one of the great macho thrills of my life.

Thanks for asking, Lynne. Hope the rest of your day goes well. :hi:

38. Band has reunited, releasing new CD on October 7th

Beyond that, they were always my all-time favorite band. Have all their CDs (the last of which, you guesstimatedly correctly, was released a little over 10 years ago), saw them live twice on that last tour, and then again this summer on their reunion tour.

They influenced a lot of bands that came after them, and undoubtedly would've enjoyed more success and prestige if they weren't perceived by White America as a novelty act: "Black guys playing rock? Wow!" - the irony being that a black man, Little Richard, introduced America to rock 'n' roll.

Sorely missed. Welcome back.

79. I wasn't going to share our secret
I was trying to make RBNYC and Khephra feel special. Now they just think I'll sleep around with just anyone!

80. Well, they were bound to find out eventually.
Plus, they were first, so they'll always have that.

98. Holy Shit! Good question LynneSin!
Lets see. It was before we moved from Chicago to Niles, Illinois, and we moved when I was between 3 and 4yrs old (~1964). The front room in my parent's flat was our bedroom, and my brothers and I had this Fisher Price train set with plastic track and little train cars, and we made an oval on top of the dresser and played with the trains.

My 5 yr old son now uses that dresser, and we all still play with our trains, although mine are scale models and his are like the toys I used to have.

Whew, had to think about that one...

Although, I don't know if anybody has beaten my record of 500+ in two days. ;-)

95. Can you tell me five interesting things about yourself?
And I would expect each interesting thing to have a post of their own.

That'll get you to 2000 real quickly!
