It's going rrr...rrr....rrrr....rrrr.....I think the fan is breaking

1. Be Careful...
Open case, put box fan next to it if necessary, and/or crank up that AC AND use only when necessary until you get that fan fixed.

Heat is BAD

2. My video card fan
does that every few months. If you think that's it just unplug, ground yourself, take the card out and unscrew the fan. There should be a sticker on the back that covers an opening. Pack some wheel grease into the hole there and cover with some adhesive tape. Oil will work but won't last as long.
