A Poll with no answers except those YOU provide!
You're going to be stuck on a desert island for 5 years before you're rescued. You have plenty of food, water and shelter but only a CD player for entertainment and the collected works of 1 artist. Who do you pick?

2. "Collected works" =
meaning ones performed by that artist, or written by that artist (not necessarily performed), or both?

10. Performed by...
Of course, if that artist, such as Jimmy Sommerville, was in more than one band that would include all of bands that he was in as well as duets, etc.

So that would be Bronski Beat, The Communards and his solo stuff as well as the duets with Eartha Kitt, etc.

13. In that case, my answer would be Benny Goodman.
If it were written work as well as recorded, I may have gone with Duke Ellington.
