Earthlink or Qwest DSL?

Earthlink DSL has a nice 3Mb dowload package for 39/mo, 12mo commitment.

Qwest has a 256k down/up package for 30/mo - no commitment.

Anybody know how good Earthlink is? I do want to drop Qwest...

2. Earthlink outsourced several hundred jobs just a few months

ago. I live not too far from a former Earthlink building where all 300 people there lost their jobs (in Pa.)

Thanks MUCH for the info!

I'll stick with Qwest, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have or about to outsource. They lost money last quarter, of course...
