Poll question: Which Star Wars quote applies most aptly to Bush?
Which of these classic lines best sums up your feelings about Bush and his antics lately?

12. that would be the Moss Isely spaceport
I'll never forget my brother and I taking the 2 hour bus into Boston to watch it on opening day in May 1977.

I voted for "This is some rescue" BTW- sums it all up quite nicely and succinctly. (remember, Bush said we all needed a good dose of compassionate conservatism).

19. I voted for "other".
The quote that sums up this misadministration comes from "The Phantom Menace" by way of Jar Jar Binks-"Phew-that smells stinkerous". Brief and to the point.

True, which is why I picked "some rescue". Also, it's the first movie we're talking here, although I see we crossed wires in the odor department! :)

26. My quote and a bad joke...
"Democracy fails when we stop believing in it" I don't remember who says this, I think it was the new Queen of Naboo in Ep II.

And for the bad joke...

Obi-Wan and Luke are in a Chinese restaurant. Luke is trying to eat his food but his having difficulty with the chop-sticks. Obi-Wan says to him, "USE THE FORKS LUKE..."

Darth Vader and Luke are sitting around the Christmas Tree...

Darth: "Luke....I know what you're getting for Christmas"

Luke: "No! You can't know!"

Darth: "Luke....I know what you're getting for Christmas!"

Luke: "How can you possibly know???!!!??"

Darth: "Luke......I have felt your presents."

Boom, ladies and gentlemen, and tish.
