Attention DU "cat nuts"!

While not being your garden variety "DU cat fanatic", Ernesto has just brought home a fine lil neutered male for my youngest son! I visited some "cat rescue" type friends which enabled me to add this once-abandoned kitten to the existing (2) cat population @ my humble ranch. Ain't I good?

Only one of my cats isn't a rescue.

I want to get a new kitty too. My current cat is 13 years old and we bought her. My next kitty will be rescued.

Did you have any trouble introducing a kitten to the older cats? That's the only thing I'm worried about.

No problem with the older cats... Just the light wieght "welcome spit" after the pecking order is quickly established, most cats can easily learn to live together. I too have a "retired gentleman" of about 15 yrs of age...
