Yep. You can be incompetent, but you can't be rude. My boss was an incompetent idiot, but what was worse is that she got into nasty fights with everyone that she worked with. Everyone! She was one of the rudest people that I've ever met in my entire life.

I ain't going for her job. I'm trying to get out of there. It's a sweat shop, and it's extremely political. I'm probably one of the lowest paid people there, but I'm expected to do a ton of work and I have a ton of responsibility.
