Need Help! Who sings this song?
Its a techno/disco song.The singer sings it with an echoe effect like Cher's "Believe" song. All I know is the chorus which is:

"Lets celebrate.Just one more time,we're gonna celebrate"

Its driving me crazy!Been hearing this alot latelt,but its an older song(maybe one or two years or more) Gotta find out who sings this dance song! Grrr! Anyone have any clue what I'm talking about?
