1. Not to be confused with Larry & the Blue Notes
And their great garage hit, "Night of the Sadist!"

4. Hey I just saw this....
Look at my screen name, and think Marvin Gaye......you think I wouldn't vote in this poll?

BTW, I voted for I Hope That We

I'm so tired of If You Don't Know Me By Now, but I'm not a big Harold Melvin and The Bluenotes Fan.

My two alltime favorites are Al Green and Marvin Gaye. I also like Teddy P and the Isley Brothers a lot. Basically, the whole genre. I know the words by heart to EVERY Al Green song, except for like one or two. I got over 300 mp3s of that genre (old school, soul, R&B, and neo-soul) on my hard drive.

Okay....now you got me going...I'm gonna do an Isley Brother's poll. They had A LOT MORE SONGS, and IMHO, the overall average was a lot better.

5. Oh man....
My broke ass ain't a donor, so I can't post a poll...damn.

If you feel so inclined, maybe you could do it. Here's my nominations for an Isleys' poll:

Footsteps in The Dark

For The Love

Between the Sheets

Voyage To Atlantis

It's Your Thing

Make Me Say It Again Girl

I know a lot of people might want their more rock oriented songs like "Who's That Lady" or "Fight The Power." I like those but not as much as their smooth ones. Also, "Caravan Of Love" is very popular, but it's their only song I don't like...go figure. "Don't Say Goodnight," "Groove With You," are also popular, and they've got some new songs.

Oh well....it's just a suggestion if someone who can post a poll wants to do it.

6. Nighttrain already did one
Although you can't search, you can sort by poster name and go to page 10 or so and look for Nighttrain's polls. It was a good one, but I don't think many of your choices were on there (the perils of only having 10 slots, or 9 + 1 for Other)
