W: you're getting sleepy ... you will believe my history of the economy ... sleepy ... very sleepy ... now, hear this ... you will hear talk about the deficit ... we have a deficit ... we have a deficit, in part, because of the recession ... yes, it's Bill Clinton's fault ... sleepy ... your eyes are heavy ... when you have a recession, you get less money into your treasury ... when the economy slows, there's less revenue coming to Washington, D.C. ... about half of the deficit is caused by the recession that we're trying to get out of ... sleepy ... a quarter of the deficit is caused by the fact that we're spending money to defend America and giving it to Halliburton and The Carlyle Group ... about a quarter of the deficit was caused by the tax relief ... the tax relief is helping us recover from the recession ... your eyes are heavy ... very heavy ... it was needed to make this economy grow ... the best way to cut down the deficit and I've got a plan to reduce it in half in five years ... and, if you believe that ... I've got some waterfront property to sell you near Crawford ... very sleepy ...

So instead of calling someone 'poor' when he makes less than $10,000 or something, let's call someone poor if they make less than, maybe, say, $100 a year. WOW! Look how fast we can get rid of poverty and help the economy, too. Why the hell didn't anyone else think og that. I gotta do all the thinking 'round here? Huh?"
