San Diego Fuc@ing State?
The Buckeyes were manhandled up front. San Diego State had twice as many first downs (20-10) and outgained the Buckeyes 216-196. Ohio State converted just 1-of-14 third-down opportunities and added two turnovers.

Manhandled by little old SDS? Uhhh OOOOH!

Ohio State's running game, obviously hurt by the absence of suspended tailback Maurice Clarett, was limited to 120 yards on 37 rushes. That was more than offset by the Buckeyes' 124 yards in penalties.

Maurice!!!!! Help....

Snarf

1. 2-0
That's all that really matters. Although today's game does raise concerns.

Big one tonight, eh trumad?

2. Thats little old SDS"U" now.
I was very surprised that that game wasnt a total obliteration of the Aztecs by OSU. Buckeyes just couldnt move the ball but still prevailed 16-13
We got a little excited down here in San Diego. At least for a little while.

4. That QB was terrific!
I won't even try to spell his name without looking it up, and I don't feel like looking it up. But he played a great game. Even more impressive is the fact that it was his first game. Wow.

Tell ya what, that was a tough loss for SDSU. Good luck to them the rest of the season.

5. It was his 1st start too.
And he's their QB2. QB1 is hurt.
SDSU is in the Mountain West conf. All pass no run absolutely no defense, although their "D" did pretty well today.
My kid goes to that school as does 39,000 others that make up the student body.
