Name the cartoon strip in which the following line occured.

"At no time did my client pursue 'Bible Study' with the Edith Drock woman."

Name the cartoon, and the character referred to as "my client."

Yes, the client was Bill the Cat, after he was caught in a wholesome situation, which ruined his reputation as a rock star.

His legal counsel was some unnamed lawyer who just appeared a couple of times...Bill was living in LA at the time, while Steve Dallas was in Bloom County.

Bonus points if you can give BOTH names of Bill's band.
