Trading Spaces or Iron Chef?
Yeah, I watch 'em, everybody needs a break from the BFEE sometimes. I've been watching Iron Chef lately, always interesting to see what the "featured" ingredient will be, sea urchin brains, anyone?

As long as its the cool Japanese version, not the crappy American one with (shudder) William Shatner.

And yes, Chen Kenichi is the best.

4. Trading Spaces
I was a cook for 20 years. I don't want to cook, ever again, or watch anyone else do it.

I loved the one with the moss on the bedroom walls - yikes, that woman was pissed!!

5. Iron Chef...and American adaptations suck!
"Changing Rooms" is much better than "Trading Spaces".

7. Trading Spaces
The designers are characters, the chefs are just chefs.

8. I love Iron Chef Ken Chenichi.... he is so cute!!!
I love his many faces he makes while he's cooking. And the fact that I love chinese food also helps.

10. Trading Spaces
UK version Changing Rooms would be better if they didn't cut the show down from hour to half hour for BBCAmerica viewers; and if they had more new episodes each season.

Another guilty pleasure is "House Hunters" on HGTV. Why, I don't know.
