Too close. Too personal. It was wonderful. He did what was basically a 30 minute pit stop at a small park in SF to say thanks to meetup people and supporters. He was relaxed and seemed to be having a good time. Of course he was preaching to he choir. But he was so vulnerable! Wading into that crowd and shaking hands and talking to everybody. All I could think of was Bobby Kennedy.

this is something i often think about as well...
i'd like to know the security steps his campaign is taking/will take...
i think it's an extremely valid concern, ESPECIALLY with the bush cabal in charge... i put NOTHING past right wingers...

3. Only the good die young. |

Whoever the candidate turns out to be is vulnerable. The Bush cabal claims Dean is the one they want, so if it's true, which I doubt, maybe that's a good thing. They won't be thinking in terms of getting rid of him.
