5. Yes, he did say that. That statement really jumped out at me.

My immediate thought was that the only WMDs that Saddam had and used were the those he obtained from the Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations for use against the Iranians back in the 1980s. He was considered an ally back then and the Iran was the ``evil empire.'':shrug:
