1. Other
I've seen Law and Order before. I've seen 60 Minutes, although I've never seen 60 Minutes II. Outside of that, I've not seen any of these shows.

9. I am sure it is CSI, or CSI Miami
I was looking at the stats and CSI was #1 and had like 10 million viewers on average every night. I am sure CSI is #1, but would like to see the stats again, unfortunately I didn't save the link.

of them. I have seen CSI and one "Without a trace" because one of the real missing people is the sister-in-law of someone I work with.

6. I haven't watched any sitcoms for years
They're all from the sam cookie cutter. The bumbling husband, the "always knows better" wife, the gay/les neighbor, the ne'er-do-well best buddy, the precocious kiddies, the cynical parents. Take away the titles and the opening credits and you don't know which one you're watching.

The last sitcom I watched with any regularity was Murphy Brown, and even that got stale after a couple of years.

7. Shows I have never watched...
Law and Order
Law and Order - Any of the derivatives.
The X Files - has come and gone without me watching a single episode.
Big Brother - any version.
American Idol
So, you wanna marry a Millionaire - or any of those God-awful things!
Any of the Survivor: shows beyond the final episode of #1.

I usually watch whatever is on Discovery channel, or Bravo.

Honorable mention - I never watched any episode of 30-something either. Who wants to watch people with the same types of problems that you have that are better looking than you are?

19. I like the whole L&O franchise.
...it gets some criticism around this end of the Web for being too far to the right politically, but the drama is so good it doesn't matter to me.

Mostly I prefer the original show; I love the cast of SVU but the crimes are too creepy for my entertainment tastes. D'Onofrio is great on CI but I haven't really gotten in the habit of watching that one.

I like West Wing a lot too, but last season it kind of bored me, at least up until the cliffhanger.

8. I am a cultural wasteland
I've seen Law and Order. It's the only one of those shows I've ever seen - and some of them I've never even heard of.

I've turned on the set about 6 times in 2003.

13. Reality shows top
my never seen list. Close behind are inane sitcoms like King of Queens. I'm partial to Britcoms, myself. And if I ever get to working again and can afford cable, I'll be tuned into Food Network 24/7.

I do however, like both CSIs. It appeals to my analytical brain.

The only current network show I watch is The West Wing (surprise). I've never seen a reality show, either. Personally, I think the best television is on HBO.

25. CSI
I have friends in crime labs and they are horribly offended by how inaccurate and sensationalized CSI is, and how it is creating unrealistic expectations among their customers, both internal and external - so, I boycott it, much like I do Walmart or ESPN (Rush Limpbag).

The Bunkeroo Bunko Bunkhouse Gangstas From Hell are on my TV 24/7! I thought mixing Church, Bunko and State was the worst, but now we're mixing Football and Bunko with a Pig! AmuriKKKa has gone to the dawgs since Bushco started having his anointed and Holy Visions! Clonedaleeza Rife (with crime) was on My TV yesterday saying Shrub had another vision for Iraq! I pity those shell shocked people in Iraq if it's anything like his visons for shell shocked Amerikkka!

Edited on Mon Sep-08-03 05:32 PM by CBHagman
I have watched "Law and Order," "60 Minutes," and "The King of Queens," though I don't bother with any of them on a regular basis. The only one I choose to watch during first-run episode season (as short as THAT is) is "Everybody Loves Raymond."

I don't give a rat's rear end about any of the others, and I mean that with all my heart. :-)

33. I've seen 3 of the 9.
And I've only seen CSI a couple of times because my son had it on when I was home. That means I was in the room while it was on.

The other 2 I've seen are Law & Order & 60 minutes. It's been 2 1/2 years since I've seen 60 minutes.
