International conference call advice?

I have this friend who does not have 3-way calling on her phone and for complex reasons can't have it added. She wants to have an international call in which she, the guy she's calling, and another person can participate.

I know there's a way to set up a phone chatroom where everyone can dial in, but I don't know what the technical term for that is or which companies offer the service. Can anyone help me out so I can compare rates for her? Thanks in advance!

1. You can call a phone co suc as AT&T and have them initiate a call

but it is expensive.

2. Cost isn't the issue

She simply can't have 3-way calling put on her phone because it's her parents' house (yes, she *is* an adult...) and for certain reasons she can't let on that she's doing this call.
