Am I imaging things or didn't Tom Tupa QB at one point?
Watching MNF I just watched a Tupa punt and it occured to me that I seemed to recall that maybe somewhere in the dark recesses of what passes for a memory I can recall Tupa as a QB. Seems like with, nah, I'm not going to embarrass myself further. i know, I could google this, but thought it might be more interesting to just post here at DU.

What was the most stupid thing you ever asked on DU?

1. He was a QB in college...
...I think he played QB some for the Cardinals, too, but he stunk so he stuck to punting.

3. Yes, he was the QB for a bit for the Jets
He was the third string guy, and he went in for a game when the others went down. I think he may have started one additional game, but I am not certain.

6. Good career move, I guess
play for 15 years instead of 6 and leave much healthier. Thanks, don't recall him as a Jet.
