I think (hope) DeLay might finally be through this time - LOTS of Morrison signs out, especially in my neighborhood. Out of curiosity I drove around the neighborhoods in my town, and, just as a guesstimate, I saw about 5 Morrison signs for every 1 DeLay sign. Just as many Kerry signs too, and this is in Texas!!!

On edit: Next weekend, I am canvassing for Morrison - this is the first time I have ever gotten involved in a political campaign, but I am looking forward to helping 'dethrone' DeLay!

The Repub candidate had an ad with him and his wife and gaggle of kids with the caption "x and his family" (can't remember his name) then a pic of the Dem (alone who was single) with the caption "Bill Orton and his family". Even in family friendly Utah this was seen as low and was one of the reasons Orton won (back in 1990, me thinks.)

Hopefully this WI ass gets clobered Nov 2nd.
