23. I know I'm in for massive teasing...

but I grew up near Dallas in the 1970s and I am a lifelong Dallas Cowboy fan. My parents are original Cowboy fans from back when the team first got started. I wanted to be Roger Staubach when I grew up. I had the team poster every year from 1973 through 1982 back when Burger King used to give them away. I was a fan the year they were 1-15, I was a fan when they won the Super Bowls back in the 90's and I am a fan now. And I don't care what anyone thinks or says about it. and you know what - I won't give anyone else any shit about rooting for THEIR hometown team.

I'm also a fan of the Dallas Mavericks and Stars and the Texas Rangers. I was a fan before Shrub got involved with the Rangers and I outlasted him. HA!

I'm also a fan of the Texas Tech and University of Texas teams since I went to school at both - but when they clash I root for Tech every time.

Finally I'm a fan of the Houston Comets in the WNBA because Sheryl Swoopes is a goddess.
