Help me find this website and song about 911

I am an idiot about the artists who write songs that touch me, I just know the melodies of the songs in my mind that touch me.

There was a website I visited shortly after 911 that displayed pictures of the horror of that day to a very poignant background song written just for 911. It might have been Carly Simon who did the song but I’m not sure about that. (I’ve done a search and can’t find it) I had a total hard drive wipeout shortly after that and have never been able to find that website again.

It was a slow song and touching song and had words. The first word was “Who …”, I think. The refrain was beautiful and had several competing voices in it. OMFG it is just a beautiful song.

I HAVE to find this song and listen to it today. Can anybody help me figure out what the name of this song is?

This isn't quite the same but it has a shorter version of the song I was looking for. This also has "God Bless the USA" after it.

I am downloading something from jayfish right now. Maybe it's the original version with the full length of the song I was originally looking for. It's a lengthy tribute to 911 anyway, so I know I'll like it.
