Any other 9-11 birthdays here?

Today is my husband's birthday and I want to make it the best I can for him! Unfortunately he is going to the dentist this morning, but I guess that's a cakewalk compared tho two years ago.

Some time ago I asked him, "When you hear 'September 11' do you think 'my birthday' or do you think 'day of disaster'? He said, a little of both.

1. It's my parents' anniversary.

#41 for them this year. Last year we went out and celebrated, anyway, in spite of the date. After all, if you can't celebrate a 40th anniversary, the terrorists have won, right?

This year, the parental units are on a trip to Europe.

and it's not the same for me anymore. This day is over shadowed with the horror and sadness of 2 years ago.

3. NYC born...

I have turned off the 9-11 propaganda. We had two distant relatives, two sisters in their 20's, who died at the WTC. The parents of the girls, hold a big 9-ll party to celebrate life and freedom, and to defeit the 9-11 bush political propaganda of fear and hate.

This family has not collected any money from the WTC funds and will not collect. To collect, they must sign a document, prepared by the bushies, that they will not seek further law suits.

Littleman bush has no shame. 9-ll is all about himself. The networks use 9-11 as a tool for them to get higher ratings, and to be able to sell commercials at a much high price....in the millions.
