Ugh...... very little sleep tonight!
Do you want to know why It's almost 6AM, and despite the fact that I have a class in Almost Two Hours that I have not Slept as much as I should have?

My Roomate decided to have his girlfriend sleep ove in the top bunk tonight. I was having a restful night, and was in the middle of an intersting murder mystery dream when just at the climax of the dream, I was awakened by the sound of a climax of another sort. I have not slept since, and rest assured, my roomate and I will have a serious talk when I get back from Class at around 9:30.

Dorm life can suck sometimes.

1. Blah, it sucks all the time!
What year are you? I definitely feel your pain. Freshman year I got paired up with a Republican...DIE hard republican (wore a shirt saying "kickin (democratic donkey pic) since 1860)". Anyway, she was horrible. SHe had her scuzzy boyfriend over every night. I slept in the lounge many a night. Once I was in there and I steped on a used condom. I walked in my room once and she was on tom of him with his shirt off. I ran right out of course!

Hang in there!
:hi:

3. Junior -- Transfer student.
I transfered from a 2 year junior college in town near my home. I spent the first 3 years of my academic career there and now, I'm gona finish up my BA here in Stevens Point.

5. You should've pulled up a chair
and sat there staring at them.
Better yet, grab a camera and snap a couple of pics and send 'em home to daddy!

2. it doesn't get better outside of dorm life
yesterday I worked a 12 hour shift on two hours sleep - I work 6PM to 6AM and the combination of construction across the street and the apartment complex weedeaters kept me awake. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

6. Don't give in!
You were on the lower bunk? You should have delivered a series of hard kicks to the bed above. Or go get a bucket of ice water and throw it on them.

If they're showing so little respect for you, then they hardly deserve any in return.

I am a veteran of too many stupid dorm room conflicts where I tried the live-and-let-live approach. When you're in such tight quarters, that just means you get stomped on.
