We should invest 10% of all tax revenue in the inner cities. Starting small businesses, creating huge "enterprise zones."
Fred believes in the small businessman and the power to create!

Take the top 1% of income producing schmuckwads. and non-politely ask them to pay their workers 90% of their earnings for the year. They will still be wealthy bastards, and the workers will have an incentive to produce.
