Proof that I've been traversing parallel dimensions!
A few weeks ago, the 'news' said that J-off and Bennyboy were calling it quits, ending their relationship. Okay, celebs do this all the bleedin' time, so what's new?

Then about a week ago I heard on the 'news' that they were getting married and Entertainment Tonite had this big story on j's wedding dress. Wait a mo', I thought they had broken up - what's this about?!

Just logged into AOL this morning and they have an article that they're calling it quits, both marriage and relationship.

Now I'm out of it. What the hell?

So what's the truth on this celebrity couple that I normally wouldn't give a harp about, but do because none of this makes any sense?

1. That's the problem with having the spotlight on you...
... the situation isn't uncommon. Before I married my wife, we broke up once. Two previous long term relationships netted three and two break-ups before they ended for good.

I could just imagine media coverage on some of my relationship blunders!

this must have been a short-term public relations vehicle - a beginning, a middle, and an end ... like a product cycle ...

I'm personally well-over the tabloid celebrity over-kill in our society.

and, I thought Afleck was Matt Damon's heart-throb ... see how much I'm out of the loop (and, glad of it)
