I can tell you flat out that you might get some good natured ribbing and the occasionally very nasty comment from a drunk idiot, but unless you are obnoxious back that'll be the end of it. This holds true for wearing red sox gear in Yankee Stadium as well. While the popular perception is that you will get in fights and the like this isnt really the truth. Ignore the drunk morons, and you'll have a great time, Fenway is a lot of fun. Be prepared to hear the "Yankees Suck" chant at some point at which time the people around you will probably direct the chant right at you. If you do have any problems (which i would be shocked to hear) head for an usher.
