Should I open a German restaurant in Canada? |
When I have to immigrate up there I wonder if I should just bring the family recipes with me and open a German ethnic restaurant somewhere in Canada. I'll have the black, red and gold flying next to the maple leaf and burn an Austrian flag every once in a while

12. I was refering to the Aunchluss of 1938 then again that was forced on them |
but Eichmann and Seyes-Inquart and Katzenhammer, all promient nazis were Austrians, but I was sort of kidding, I can see why Germans dont like Austrians historically.

9. Didn't you ever hear of the Holy Roman Empire and the Hapsburgs? |
The Germans were occupied by Austrians for as long as any nationality. In fact, until the Prussians finally forced the creation of a German state, Austrian dynastic ambitions had made the existence of a German state impossible.

I'd recommend including schweinshaxe on your menu though. It's great when done properly.
