7. The school where I teach offers an orientation

to entering freshman and to foreign students (of which there are a great many). It's purely for the sake of helping them figure out how to deal with it all.

in early December, with finals stretching into mid-December. There will then be a short break filled with festivities before the Winter Quarter begins.

Every place I go becomes an area of high humidity. It's a given. It's the natural result of being awash in a sea of testosterone mixed to heady proportions with potent pheromones...yes, I am a mobile hot flash. This is the only explanation that I can think of that accounts for the propensity of women to throw their underwear at me when I enter a room.

Okay, so it's past my bedtime. Everyone's entitled to a little delirium. At least mine has nice visions associated with it.
