I have always heard you can put a keyboard in a dishwasher to clean it of accumulated gunk and I had the opportunity to try it with a keyboard that someone spilled coca-cola on and I am now am typing this message on that keyboard! Cool. (I had a spare just in case and this one was about to hit the dumpster).

1. Or, if you're feeling *cough* lonely |

you could take it into the shower with you. Same general idea. Just make sure it has a couple of days to dry completely out or you could have trouble on your hands.

Now I just need a dishwasher. Did you use soap, or would that mess it up?

6. You don't need soap, or even a dishwasher. |
|
Just rinse it thoroughly in your kitchen sink, inside and out. All the crap will dissolve out of it and in 2 to 3 days it will be dried out and as good as new! Well, provided at least that no contacts on the electronic board were already bad....
