NBC:The guy at Va. Beach on the Today Show this morning lead off with "Katie every drop of rain has sand in it." OUCH!

CNN has four count 'em four reporters standing in the path of a freakin' hurricane.

But I really love it when local stations send a correspondent out to report on "the weather", as if the entire audience isn't sitting int he MIDDLE of the story.

Tom Brokaw's heir seems to be clairvoyant, his response to the "blow" was "well I guess the viewers are saying he got just what he deserved". (he may have used the word "idiot" in describing himself, I was snickering quite loudly at the time to properly hear him).
