I just lost an entire folder in my Bookmarks! SHIT!!
With about 30 or so sights/articles.
I have no idea how this happened. It was there earlier and now its gone. I ran a search, couldnt find it, rebooted, didnt come back, checked the recycle bin, not there. Could this be an XP thing?
Can anyone help me on this?

1. You're not an Earthlink subscriber by any chance, are you?
Did you download hotbuttons by any chance?

and I found them in another folder. I must have accidentially dragged them there.

4. I think they are still there
I notice that when I reach a certain # of threads, they sudden collapse. Try deleting a single thread ( I think one shows up in the file).

I could start a 2nd bookmark file, but usually I delete the ones I track after a few weeks.

6. Open up the bookmark file and look at it
In the browsers I've used, it's always called either bookmark or bookmarks and is an html file that you can open in the browser. Run a find to track it down and have a look at it. Maybe you'll spot that missing folder.
