"Durwood Pickle is a 71-year-old grandfather who claims he's "not a computer-type person." Though Pickle has a PC in his Richardson, Texas, home, he says he rarely uses it. Even so, the embattled recording industry has him in its sights."

"Pickle is named in a lawsuit filed last week that alleges he violated copyright laws by distributing music for free over the Internet. Pickle says his grandchildren apparently used his computer to download songs when they visited. Not only was he unaware of the activity, his grown son had to explain what the kids had done."
