It sounds like a opera because there is a strong womans opera voice in it. It is used in Alot of Anti-WAR and Anti-Bush Videos

I thought I remembered the music I am hearing in my head (LOL). I've been looking at track listings for Romeo+Juliet's score and that's where I got the Wagner piece I listed below.
