1. Good for you!
My power was out for about 14 1/4 hours in Pennsylvania.

What was the weather like where you live?

wasn't too bad, only about 2 inches or so of rain. It mainly just a wind event for us. Our neighborhood looks pretty good, of course we had the messiest yard as usual...lol. A few big limbs came down abut that was about it for us. And now I get to go cut em up with the chain saw (We have an electric one, so we needed power first..lol)

8. Congratulations! If you're anything like me,
the thing you miss most is the INTERNET. I'll take that over running water & flushing toilets anyday.

Welcome back!

9. um, no
I think safe water is more important, I haven't been bale to shaower since Thursday night! (I will tonight!)

I have a laptop, but I only used it briefly to check mail and get reports, I didn't want to burn the battery if we were going to w/o power for an extended period of time.
