I love working with my client. He's about 44 years old and he has a good sense of humor. Now mind you he is in a wheel chair and has limited use of his hands. At times it is needed for me to adjust his--well that part of the body. I realize it is part of the body that well not only reacts to stimulation from the outside but his body on occasion will just react. Now I realize I am not doing anything really wrong. He needs me to make him more comfortable and it's not like I'm getting a cheap thrill when I adjust him but I just keep thinking what if someone walks in (who's not his mother--he lives with her--has seen me do it and has even said to me don't worry I know it's something that happens) And sees me helping him that way. My biggest fear is that people will think the wrong thing.
So am I paranoid or should I allow myself to be concern by this.

3. I assume you are a nurse? |
|
my boyfriend is one and he has a private duty patient with MD. It is very important that ALL body parts are made comfortable. You should have no concern about this.

8. well than I think you are OK |

but I'm not an expert or anything. My BF's patient can still feel his body even though he can't move it so he needs to have all things adjusted. and anyone's sexual health is very important.
