I painted my office today. And now I am so sore I can hardly move.

Getting old is a pain in the ass, and everywhere else. :-(

Six hours of up the ladder, down the ladder, move the ladder, up the ladder, down the ladder, move the ladder, and so on and so forth.

It is 6:30 Saturday evening, and I'm looking at the clock, trying to decide if it's too early to go to bed.

You envy my social life, don't you? ;)

7. You got to get a longer poll for your roller...you only need to cut in

along the ceiling and use the roller for all the other painting..hey...I painted my celilings on my vacation with some sort of gooky bubble looking paint with a special roller that made the ceiling look like it was sprayed with bubble plaster..and I swore although I never took a drink I was plastered my whole vacation...

Stuff like that is NOT fun..but necessary..and your stiff joints will heal..and you will have a freshly painted office!!!
