I'd only been smoking again a little over a month when I re-quit this time. I have a long, spotty history with the smoking cessation. I figure most people do, though. Vile fucking non-get-ya-high weed!

This time around, being unemployed and scavery, I opted to substitute the other smoke for my cigarettes. Lo and behold, it's working. I haven't gotten jack happy dammit done in the past 3 weeks, but I haven't smoked. Cigarettes. ;-)

7. That got me through the 3 or so months I went the beginning of this

year. I am a stress smoker. The minute something freaks me out, I smoke. One cop-out I used last year was the fear of weight gain. I was at my heaviest before I quit last year. SINCE then, however, I am down 40 pounds and 5 pants sizes.:party: Now, no more excuses. If I can give up the gooey goodness of Dunkin Donuts Vanilla cream filled delight, I think I can put down the Marlboro Mediums.
