We just had a fight in the cooridor outside the dorm room. Some drunk was causing a ruckus and ended up having to be restrained by some of his buddies. I ended up calling the campus pigs because I thought someone was gonna get hurt. They showed up right after things broke up. Had to give my name and everything. God, somethimes things get too nuts here. Maaybe instead of getting all liqured he should have just smoked a bowl and relaxed. :smoke:

In the insane asylum of the Res hall complex, Knutzen Hall. There's a reason we call it K-Nutz.

With all its faults, It's still better than living back home in the freeper infested shithole known as Coleman, WI.

5. I didn't go to college there. I worked as a DJ |
|
and music director at a local country radio station.
I was there three years before making the decision to quit and move back to Minnesota. I was very disappointed in the country radio/music industry at that time.
But I liked Stevens Point itself! Knew a few people at the college radio station back then too.

I've played since 1991, when I was 11. This year I'll be too busy covering the cointest for the Campus TV Station.

I did Trivia Weekend two years in a row in the early 90s and we had a blast. I was trying to describe the trivia atmosphere to my husband, but it's hard to describe to someone who hasn't been there.

8. I like all kinds of music - |
|
roots country to heavy metal to old standards and everything in between.
I really disliked what had become of the so-called "hot country" radio and records market. The sound had grown cookie cutter; it was nearly impossible to tell one new hat act from another. Innovative new artists who didn't fit the mold were almost impossible to break. It was all about chart numbers, who was pretty enough to promote, and slick packaging.

10. I hate country but my dad used to make me listen to it and I see... |
|
what your saying. I thought country sucked to much that there must only be 10 artists because they were so repetitive. You may have heard of the station they are huge in our market KMPS - Seattle.
