They're a wide U shape.
The instructions say to put them on, as illistrated.
Uh, there's no illustration.
Do I put them on with the U-bend pointing up, or down? I think it'd be down...

It makes sense to put it in with the U down because the edge of the grip is curved just like your shoe. My heels always slip in shoes and I use them a lot.:hi:
