CO Liberal own our little piece of the pie in Colorado. Well - the bank owns it we just pay the mortgage.

7. We rent a duplex

WE pay more in rent for our place than our best friend pays for his house and property taxes. We're tired of this place and want to own our own home but will probably have to take care of a few bills and get my husband employed before we can get approved for an acceptable house (probably at least $80,000).
My husband's parents have offered to buy us one of a few houses within half mile of their place. We currently live about three hours away and there is a reason that we aren't jumping at their offer.
