Wow. I used to make fun of Dept. 56 all the time because of this.

that's the only non-caucasion figure set they carry. It's part of their "Christmas in the City" collection.
Of course, you'd never find people of color in any of their other china neighborhoods.....

We used to sell that crap at my store. God, I hated it. :grr: So many boxes, so much crap to keep track of.
