What does it mean when a man is well hung?

Today, we don't hang criminals, we go for a more humane method to put a person to death, like, injecting them with an orgy of chemicals the cause massive organ failure. The electric chair was very humane too, nothing like an invite to your own BBQ.

But the best way to put a criminal to death(Or at least one that we say is guilty) has to be with a rope. I keep hearing the expression "Well Hung", I never hear "Well Fried" or "Well Injected".

In closing, I think a well hung criminal is a happy criminal.
